General Information
SmartLab Hub works closely with its carriers to provide the best delivery experience with competitive pricing for our customers. Delivery charges are determined based on the number of items, item type, weight and delivery package dimensions.
Coverage of Delivery
Within the territory of Vietnam.
Delivery Duration
For items with stock, the normal delivery leadtime is 3 working days (within Ho Chi Minh City). Particularly in other territory of Vietnam, will have a longer transit time. For items with no stocks, our Customer Service Representative will confirm with you the estimated delivery time when place order. Customer Service Representative keeps update of delivery status and delivery date estimation from time to time as necessary.
Delivery time is on Monday to Friday (08:30-17:30) except
Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays. Delivery time out of the working time
can be arranged on request and subject to additional cost.
Self-Pickup
You can choose self-pickup of goods at our warehouse.

We will confirm with you the pickup date and pickup information via email/phone. Please present the self-pickup confirmation message or email and identify card for collection of goods.
Delivery and Shipping Charge
Free local delivery on order over VND$5,000,000 for delivery address within 20km from SmartLab Hub HCMC facility. Delivery charge will be quoted by our Customer Service Representative for order with delivery address in other territory of Vietnam.
Normally, there is no shipping charge except those items without stock and need to be ordered and shipped specifically to meet customer schedule. For any shipping charge needed, our Customer Service Representative will confirm the charge before customer confirm the order.
